PowerOfBalance Social Manager Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of PowerOfBalance Social Manager, an app for preparing, approving, scheduling, and publishing social media content, operated by Power of Balance / ProfoundInteractive - Lukas Werner.

1. Service Description

PowerOfBalance supports teams and organizations with social media workflows. Admin accounts can prepare posts and suggest them to members. Users can review, accept, reject, and schedule these suggestions for their connected channels.

2. User Accounts and Connected Platforms

Users may connect only accounts and social media profiles that they are authorized to use and publish to. Supported platforms may include Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Connections are completed through the official authorization flows of the respective platform.

3. User-Controlled Publishing

PowerOfBalance publishes content only when the respective user has selected, confirmed, or scheduled the specific post and the required platform connections are active. Admin suggestions are not automatic consent to publish.

4. TikTok Publishing

When a user connects TikTok, PowerOfBalance may use TikTok capabilities to publish user-confirmed video content to the connected TikTok account. The user must intentionally start or confirm the upload and required publishing settings.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. The app must not be used to create, schedule, or post unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, discriminatory, unauthorized content, or content that violates platform rules.

6. Connected Platform Rules

Use of connected platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of Meta, TikTok, Apple, Google, and other involved services. Platform features may change, become unavailable, or be restricted by the respective platform.

7. Availability

PowerOfBalance may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. There is no guarantee that specific social media APIs, scheduling features, or WebApp features will remain permanently available.

8. Account Deletion and Disconnecting Platforms

Users can disconnect connected platforms or request account deletion. Content already published on external platforms may need to be edited or deleted directly on the respective platform.
